This is what happens when vintage image transfers combine with acrylic paint and a healthy dose of art magick - a mixed media house blessing. Each component of the piece: the crow, key, pink sunflower, etc, are personal to me and symbolic of the energy I call into my home. The plant featured here is rue, which holds significance as a protective herbal ally in Italy, home of my ancestors.
